Luke Koefoed
New Ideas Coaching offers a broad range of coaching services
specialising in group and team coaching as well as individual growth coaching with members of senior leadership.
Working with high performing individuals, Luke believes that we cannot leave life at the door when we come to work so incorporates life coaching into his organisational coaching services. Coaching sessions are often organic, and Luke will call on a variety of tools to get the most out of his clients ranging from standard coaching and affirmation through to strength-based solution focused, hypnosis, NLP and meditative / mental wellness routines.
Team and group coaching is often culture focused and Luke will work with teams inside an organisation to improve on workplace dynamics.

It's often hard for managers and leaders to pinpoint where problems exist in workplace culture, with too many dynamics at play and the inherent difficulties of communication in an organisation. By bringing an outsiders perspective, Luke from New Ideas Coaching can help to understand the challenges in an existing culture and workshop solutions that lead to happier, healthier environments.
Ongoing coaching on a team and individual basis helps an organisation become more focused, more productive and leads to better staff retention. More than just culture though, Luke brings a unique focus to overall wellness for staff and leaders, leading to ongoing improvements in mental health and headspace.
