With a background in Management, Marketing, and HR, and a passion for business development, Luke works closely with individuals, including supervisors, to support their personal growth and development. He uses his expertise to guide both individuals and teams toward positive change, fostering an environment where personal and professional improvement leads to enhanced organisational success. Meet Pickles, a lovable Cavoodle puppy with a heart of gold! She's not just your average pup—she's working toward her **Canine Good Citizen** qualification to become a certified support dog. Together with her dedicated co-coach, **Luke**, Pickles helps deliver **animal-assisted learning interventions** to clients, providing comfort and emotional support along the way.

Pickles has a unique approach to coaching: she's patient, non-judgemental, and always by your side. Whether she's gently sitting at your feet or curling up on your lap, Pickles offers a calming presence that can help reduce stress and anxiety. Her gentle soul and soothing energy create the perfect environment to elevate your mood, especially when you're navigating difficult moments.

Admin Support for New Ideas Coaching 

I provide admin support for New Ideas Coaching, helping organise and implement coaching initiatives that promote personal growth and positive change.  

In addition, I work as a Hospice Physiotherapist at Nelson Tasman Hospice, assisting patients to maintain independence through safe mobilisation techniques. I also support families and carers with strategies to ensure safety and well-being.

The most rewarding part of my role is witnessing patients achieve goals they once thought impossible. In my free time, I enjoy knitting, finding it a relaxing and creative way to unwind while making cosy, comforting items.
